Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Hypherdyne marketing website, its localized pages, contact and newsletter forms, manifesto, and related public pages (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Site services
The Site provides company information, a manifesto, a contact channel, newsletter signup, consent preferences, and newsletter unsubscribe tools. The Site does not provide an account area, paid product, file-upload service, 3D-generation service, or other product platform through these routes. We may change or discontinue public pages or forms when reasonably necessary.
3. Forms and communications
- Information submitted through a form must be accurate and must belong to you or be submitted with authorization.
- Newsletter messages are sent only to subscribers who submit the signup form and may be stopped through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Contact-form submissions are used to respond to the inquiry and are not a product account or service subscription.
- A Closed Beta application is a request to receive testing access, not a product account, a guaranteed invitation, or a newsletter subscription. We may send a transactional confirmation and access instructions if the beta opens.
- Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits may be used to protect forms from abuse.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site to break the law, infringe rights, submit malicious code or unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam, bypass security or rate limits, probe infrastructure abusively, or interfere with availability. We may refuse or limit abusive submissions.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Site’s text, branding, visual identity, software, and original materials belong to Hypherdyne or its licensors. You retain rights in information you submit, but grant us the limited permission needed to receive, store, review, and respond to that submission and to operate the forms. Nothing here transfers ownership of your submitted content.
6. Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise applicable rights, including deletion, by contacting privacy@hypherdyne.com. The Data Deletion page explains the available request path.
7. Availability and liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hypherdyne is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by misuse, unavailable third-party services, or information submitted by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Site. We may suspend a form or access when required for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or abuse prevention. Continued use after a material update means acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules, disputes are submitted to the courts of Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina. Questions may be sent to legal@hypherdyne.com.
