Introduction
Hypherdyne respects your right to request deletion of personal data processed through this marketing, contact, and newsletter site, subject to applicable law and records that must be retained.
How to request deletion
Send a request to privacy@hypherdyne.com from the email address concerned, or include enough information for us to verify the request without sending passwords, tokens, or unnecessary sensitive data. State whether the request concerns a newsletter subscription, Closed Beta application, contact submission, consent record, or another interaction with this Site.
Newsletter unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter message. After the request is confirmed, the subscriber row is redacted: the email is replaced with a generated invalid address, signup metadata and consent fields are cleared, and the subscription is disabled. Optional unsubscribe feedback is stored separately without the email address.
What may be deleted
Subject to verification and legal exceptions, we can delete or anonymize personal data associated with newsletter signup, Closed Beta applications, contact-form submissions, and other identifiable interactions processed by this Site.
What may be retained
We may retain information required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, or accounting purposes, as well as data that has been irreversibly anonymized. Retained information is limited to the applicable purpose and period.
