Pirl Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026 (revision 1)
Service and acceptance
Pirl is Hypherdyne's messaging and automation platform for authorized dashboard users, workspaces, and their customer data. These terms concern Pirl; the separate website terms concern Hypherdyne's marketing website. Before using Pirl, each dashboard user must explicitly accept the current terms. A privacy-policy acknowledgment explains processing and does not grant optional advertising consent.
Account security and authorized use
Keep credentials confidential and use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Do not send unlawful content or spam, impersonate others, bypass access controls or rate limits, or interfere with service security or availability. Pirl protects sign-in with verification and rate limits, alerts the owner to sign-ins from a new browser, and provides session revocation. Unverified signups without activity are deleted after seven days. Report abuse or misuse to abuse@pirl.com.br. Report security issues and vulnerabilities to seguranca@pirl.com.br.
Customer data and AI
Workspaces and accounts are controllers of their customer data; Pirl acts as processor for the contracted messaging service. Pirl is controller for its own account, billing, security, and support data. Operators must configure the applicable customer-data legal basis. AI features require an explicit workspace legal basis before activation; configured providers receive the data needed for enabled tasks. Content and message delivery remain subject to the configured messaging provider's applicable rules.
Service providers and storage
Pirl uses Microsoft Azure for PostgreSQL in Brazil South; Cloudflare for application infrastructure, private object storage, email, security, and message search; Meta for messaging; Google for sign-in and optional profile import; Asaas for payments, billing and fiscal invoices; and configured AI providers. Processing by providers can occur outside Brazil according to service configuration. Private media and other service data are available only through authorized application surfaces.
Privacy, retention, and account closure
The privacy policy explains data, purposes, providers, retention, and rights. Users can request access, correction, portability, and erasure. Account erasure may require transferring sole ownership of a shared workspace; a workspace with only the erased user is archived. Customer erasure includes asynchronous private-storage cleanup. Optional marketing cookies can be refused or withdrawn without affecting access to Pirl.
Policy changes and contact
Each terms version identifies the text accepted and the server-recorded acceptance time. A new required terms version must be accepted before dashboard access. Maicon Lourenco de Souza, doing business as Hypherdyne, CNPJ 40.157.494/0001-37, is the contracting party. For support and questions about these terms, contact suporte@pirl.com.br.
