Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Introduction
This policy covers the marketing website. Pirl has separate product policies. Advertising requires optional cookie consent, which expires after one year and must be renewed when the policy version changes. Cookie settings permits withdrawal at any time; closing the banner grants no consent.
We respect your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect and process telemetry data and, if you sign up for our newsletter, your email and related registration data on our website, and describes your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Federal Law No. 13,709/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Data Controller
The data controller responsible for this website is Hypherdyne. If you have any questions about this policy or how data is processed, you can contact us at privacy@hypherdyne.com or via WhatsApp at +55 47 93388-3057.
Analytics & Telemetry
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare Insights) to monitor site performance, page load speeds, and to optimize your experience. This tool helps us understand how our site performs under different network conditions.
Analytics Data Collection & Tracking
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed as a privacy-first utility:
- No Cookies: It does not write, store, or read cookies in your browser.
- No Local Storage: It does not persist telemetry data in your browser's local or session storage.
- No Cross-Site Tracking: It does not track your online behavior across other websites or services.
- No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect, store, or track IP addresses, physical locations, or personal identifiers through this analytics tool.
This applies to Cloudflare Web Analytics specifically. Other tools used on this site do set cookies. See Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and Advertising & Conversion Tracking (Meta Pixel) below, including the cookie banner that controls the latter.
Newsletter & Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter using the signup form on our website, we collect and store the following data to send you product updates and marketing communications: your email address, your selected language and theme, the page you signed up from, the referring page (if any), UTM/campaign parameters (if present in the link you followed), a coarse classification of how you found us, and your country (derived from your network connection via Cloudflare, not GPS or precise location).
This data is stored while your subscription is active. When you confirm an unsubscribe request, we redact the email address and associated signup metadata from the subscriber record. Any optional unsubscribe feedback is stored without the email address. To request deletion of other personal data, contact us at privacy@hypherdyne.com.
Contact Form
If you submit our contact form, we collect and store the data you provide, including your first name, last name, email address, company, and, optionally, your phone number and message, along with your selected language and theme, the page you submitted from, the referring page (if any), UTM/campaign parameters (if present in the link you followed), a coarse classification of how you found us, and your country (derived from your network connection via Cloudflare, not GPS or precise location).
This data is stored in our database and used solely to respond to your inquiry. To request access, correction, or deletion of this data, contact us at privacy@hypherdyne.com.
Closed Beta applications
If you apply for the Hypherdyne Closed Beta, we collect your first name, last name, email address, optional company, selected product interests, consent record, language and theme, and the same attribution and coarse country metadata described for our other forms. We use this information to administer the beta application and send a transactional confirmation and access instructions when the Closed Beta opens. It is not a newsletter subscription.
To request access, correction, or deletion of a Closed Beta application, contact privacy@hypherdyne.com.
Submissions Made Without a Connection
If your device is offline, or your connection is unreliable, when you submit the newsletter, contact, or Closed Beta form, your browser may keep what you entered on your device (in IndexedDB), including your name, email address, message, and the same attribution data described for each form, until it can be sent. We do not receive it until then. When the connection returns, the form is sent automatically while the site is open, after a new Cloudflare Turnstile check, and we record the time you originally submitted it as your consent time. The saved copy is deleted once it is sent, or after 30 days if it could not be sent. Clearing your browser data also deletes it.
Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA alternative that verifies you are a human without tracking you across sites. Turnstile analyzes signals such as your browser, device, and network environment to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic, and it may set a cookie or use similar technology solely for this verification. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy practices, described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy (Privacy Addendum), in addition to Cloudflare's general Privacy Policy.
Advertising & Conversion Tracking (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to understand how visitors interact with our site after clicking one of our ads. When you browse our site or click a WhatsApp contact link, the Meta Pixel may set cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and share information with Meta, including your IP address, browser and device information, the page you were on, and, for WhatsApp click events, a matching identifier sent both from your browser and from our server. This processing is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. You can control how Meta uses this data for advertising through your Meta Ad Preferences, and you can block these cookies at any time through your browser settings or a tracking-protection extension.
Legal Basis for Processing
The analytics processing described above relies on the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving this website, as recognized under LGPD Article 7(X) and GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Because the analytics we use is privacy-first and collects no personal data, the processing of personal data through analytics is minimal to none under this legal basis.
The newsletter processing described above relies on your consent under LGPD Article 7(I) and GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You provide this consent when you submit the signup form. You may withdraw it at any time as described above.
The contact form processing described above relies on your consent under LGPD Article 7(I) and GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You provide this consent when you submit the form, and the processing also relies on the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to your inquiry. The Turnstile bot-protection processing described above relies on the legitimate interest of the controller, as recognized under LGPD Article 7(X) and GDPR Article 6(1)(f), to secure this website against automated abuse.
The Meta Pixel processing described above relies on your consent under LGPD Article 7(I) and GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You give or withhold this consent through the cookie banner shown on this site, which is off by default until you accept it. You may withdraw this consent at any time using the cookie icon shown on every page, through your Meta Ad Preferences, or by blocking these cookies in your browser.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under LGPD Article 18 and GDPR Articles 15 to 22, you are entitled to the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Confirmation and Access: The right to confirm the existence of processing and to access your personal data.
- Correction / Rectification: The right to correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization, Blocking, or Deletion / Erasure: The right to request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed unlawfully.
- Restriction of Processing: The right to request that we limit how your data is processed in certain circumstances (GDPR).
- Portability: The right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format or have it transferred to another provider.
- Information About Sharing: The right to be informed about public and private entities with which your data has been shared.
- Objection: The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 21).
- Revocation of Consent: The right to revoke consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodging a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, either the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in Brazil or your local data protection authority within the EU/EEA.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@hypherdyne.com. If you have not subscribed to our newsletter, we generally hold no personal data about you, but we will respond to every request.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the point of contact for matters concerning the processing of personal data and for communications with supervisory authorities, including Brazil's ANPD and EU/EEA data protection authorities. The DPO can be reached at privacy@hypherdyne.com.
Data Retention
Aggregated, non-personal analytics metrics are retained according to Cloudflare's own retention policies. Newsletter subscriber data is retained while your subscription is active; a confirmed unsubscribe redacts the identifying fields and leaves only an optional anonymous feedback record. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and are deleted or anonymized upon a valid deletion request. Consent audit records and Turnstile verification data are retained according to the relevant service or legal-retention requirements. Data processed through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API is retained according to Meta's own retention policies.
International Data Transfers
Cloudflare operates a global edge network and may process request metadata across different regions, including outside Brazil and the EU/EEA, to deliver and secure this website, including through Turnstile bot protection. Such processing is carried out under Cloudflare's own safeguards, which include mechanisms recognized under GDPR Chapter V (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers originating in the EU/EEA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is based in the United States and may process Meta Pixel/Conversions API data outside Brazil and the EU/EEA under its own safeguards, described in its Privacy Policy. Newsletter and contact form data you submit is stored in our database and is not otherwise transferred internationally by us.
Ad Blockers and Content Shields
If you use an ad blocker, content shield (such as Brave Shields), or tracking protection, the Cloudflare insights script may be blocked automatically by your browser. This block is entirely safe and will not interfere with the functionality of our website.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
